Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- New and unused
- In their original condition
- With all tags attached
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, ZAYA Jeans takes full responsibility. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges / Change of Mind
If you wish to exchange an item due to a change of mind (e.g., size, color, or preference), the customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to the replacement order.
Inspection on Delivery
You are allowed to inspect your package upon delivery before accepting it. If there is any issue, please inform the courier immediately.
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the case.
Important Notes
- Returns that do not meet the above conditions may not be accepted.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error from our side.
